From the above sounds like you have been in the USA ONLY during 2018 and then also probably less than 31 days. The visitor visa does not allow you to work and therefore you probably did not have any income. Buying a property is not a tax event unless you bought the property and rented it out or are holding the property as an investment ( i.e. you intend to sell for gain. ). Her are some questions you need to answer (a) were you in the USA in 2018 only or were you here anytime during 2016. 2017 ; (b) how many days in 2018; (c) how did you buy the property -- cash or cash plus a mortgage ( and if a mortgage as an individual or with somebody else or as an investment company; (d) did you have any income from US sources during 2018; (e) do you have tax id -- for opening bank accounts and for mortgage; (f) have you ever filed a US tax return etc. etc.
While the above would help provide a more accurate advice, you should note that most likely you are non-resident alien and the tax return is generally filed on form 1040-NR based on your withholding agent's report ( 1042-S ) --- 1040-NR is not supported by the TurboTax software they have a partner Sprintax for that. Also you can get help from your nearest US consulate ( they usually have an IRS section there ).
