Yes ... in the MY INFO section edit yourself and enter the name that is now on your new SS card. If you have not yet changed it with SS then continue to use the old name for this return and get it changed after you file OR get it changed before you file but do not file until you have the new card in your hand ... put yourself on extension if needed.
Yes, as long as you also changed it with the SS Admin at the same time.

A couple of quirks though.
SS may have your name change, but, depending on how late in the year it was done, they may not have transmitted the new name to the IRS yet. Go ahead and e-file based with the new name, but if the IRS rejects your tax filing for a name/SSN mismatch, you can either:
1) best option...wait a month or 3 and then re-efile then, by which time the IRS "should" have your new name in their computer system,
or 2) change back to your old name in your tax file and e-file again. Then wait to change it to the new name in your tax file when you prep next year's taxes.
#2 would be less preferable because what happens if the IRS has to send you a refund, and the name doesn't match your bank account (bank rejects), or a check is issued in your old name.

Other: This doesn't affect what name is in your tax file, but, On the left side of the Online tax screen, down at the bottom click on Intuit Account, then make sure your new name is in your account.
