Hey I made 32,000 in 2016 but I want to apply only 20,000 this year and apply the rest next year how can or can I do it, please help

I don't want to file all my income tax this year cause I would get less, so can I file half this year, and the rest next year

You can't do what you want to do. All income earned and paid to you in 2016 must included on your 2016 tax return.
