E file was rejected due to IRS PIN not entered. Where do I enter it? How do I fix this?

Here is how to enter your 6 digit IP PIN:

  1. Click on Federal in the left column
  2. Click on Other Tax Situations at the top of the screen
  3. Scroll down to Other Return Info
  4. On Identity Protection PIN, click the Start button
