I am self-employed and submitted my own quarterly taxes to the government. Where can I report that?
Here are the steps to enter Estimated Tax Payments in your tax return:
- Select the Federal Taxes tab (at top of program)
- Select the Deductions & Credits (sub tab)
- Scroll down the next page and select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
For a shortcut, go to the Search box (upper right of program) and search "estimates paid", click the "Jump to" link.
