if rejected and you post the complete rejection message and code here perhaps we can provide a solution. if you can't submit, then it's likely that your return has a form(s) that haven't been finalized by the state but there could be other issues. we can't see your returns. you would need to contact support

And as he asked, what and where is the roadblock? Any error message?
If you go through the REVIEW tab, is there anything showing up there that might be a clue?
What state is it? It might help if you named the state, in case someone in the forum knows of a current problem with a specific state return efiling.
