You need your all of your W-2 forms to file a tax return. You need to contact your employer so they can send you your W-2 form. Click here to learn more.
What you shouldn't do is file your tax return before getting your W-2 information.
If you still don't have your W-2 by the end of February and you have contacted your employer, you can call the IRS at 800-829-1040 and then file Form 4852. Form 4852 is a substitute for Form W-2.

That's not an acceptable excuse to the IRS for not filing a tax return. It's your responsibility to let all of your 2019 employers know what your current mailing address is so they can send you your W-2's as required by law, at the end of the tax year you worked for them.
You need to contact all employers you worked for in 2019 and let them know your current mailing address.
