Hello so I've been trying to get the code and Im logged into my email and I am not getting a code

It can take up to 15 minutes for the code to be emailed to you, and check your junk email folders too. I started yesterday and have seen no email with code.  First time, I entered the wrong email address.  Now it is correct but still not getting email code, even when resending to correct address.
