Hello. my state return says it was incomplete. can you help me with this please?

There are usually two main reasons as to why you cannot file your state tax return:

1. Until your federal return has been processed and accepted, your state will show as incomplete. Once the federal return has been accepted your state return will then show as processing and then either accepted or rejected by your state.
