Hello, my state refund says it has to be mailed. I tried to send it though online, but it made it go to “ready to mail” instead is their a way I can send it online?

I already sent my state out though turbo online, but it asking for it to be send. can I switch it. I can not send stuff though mail

Depending on your state, and the types of information and forms you have on your state return, you could be required to submit your return by mail.

If TurboTax says the return is "ready to mail", it means that either

• you have not E-filed the state tax return yet.
• You may not have been able to E-file the return, or
• You may have chosen to print and mail the return

You can go back through the File section and see if you are required to mail the return or if you accidentally chose to mail instead of e-filing.

If you have to mail the return, TurboTax will provide instructions if you choose this option.

You can check the TurboTax Forms Availability Tool to see whether any of your state return forms are not supported for e-filing.
