spoke with customer service agent .. still a little confused, is it that there is an “efiling fee $81 deluxe package “and then a “return processing fee $39” which turbo tax bank ch

When you chose to have the TurboTax fees deducted from the refund, you also agreed to pay the $39.99 bank fee for this convenience.   Did you figure that into the $81 that you showed above?

Okay so there are two separate fees efiling fee and bank processing fee, okay... No I didn’t figure it in. I wish they could mention the bank fee $39 on the receipt. Thanks for your help @Lisa995

right on the screen where you choose how to pay the TurboTax fees, it shows you the $39.99 fee for choosing to have it deducted from your refund.  The refund processing fee is the fee to process your payment through your refund.

E-filing is free, you pay for the use of the software for preparation of the return.

Its pretty expensive to pay the fees through the refund...if you have the option, paying with credit or debit card saves that $40.
