Hello, I was pre approved for the advance but got rejected because I needed a ip pin. When I get it in the mail and resubmit my return will I still be able to get it?

Thanks but that did not answer my question. It doesn't say what would happen if your return was rejected.

When you complete the FILE tab again the loan may be offered to you again ... you will have to wait and see.
