Hello i need help filing a tax return along with an additional form 1310

I am the personal representative for [removed] and I need to know how to go about filling out his taxes and forms. Do I need to put my name on the form where his name goes or do I need to sign using my name and title?

You fill in the return as if you are "him" - one of the questions in the personal information is if the person is deceased and turbotax will guide you thru what you need to do.

The answer is both.
You will sign his return as personal representative.
And Form 1310 has both your names on it.
