Hello, I'm married i want to file with my wife but her father already claimed her am i still able to file jointly or what should i do? Thank you

You two have a right to file jointly and, if you do, her father is not allowed to claim her.  If he has already filed then yoou would have to file your joint return by printing it and mailing it in.  And he will have to amend his return and pay the difference to the IRS.  

If you and your wife both have jobs, the alternative would be for each of you to file married filing separately, which would probably result in a lower refund. She would then indicate that someone else is claiming her (assuming she meets the conditions for that).

As I said: it's not a question of who files first.  You two have the right to file jointly.
