Hello, I am wondering how many allowances I can take for 2019. We received a large refund this year due to our annual deduction and child tax credits. What's the max?

Assuming your income and deductions will be about the same in 2019, then each extra allowance you claim now will result in about $17 more per week in take-home pay and a $900 reduction in your income tax refund.  Your overall taxes will be the same, it's just question of how much to pay in advance.  The IRS calculator will give you the most accurate answer.
