If you are asking for the medical expenses deduction, here are the steps (online):

After sign in to your account and select Take me to my return
At right upper corner, in the search box , type in schedule A, and Enter
On screen, Did you spend more than $$$ on medical expenses in 2018?, answer the question and continue to proceed.
