Yes, if you have excess Advance Premium Tax Credit that you need to pay back, it will be added to your tax due, or subtracted from your refund, so you will not have to make any separate arrangements. You will be able to see the calculations on Form 8962 in your return.
If you have Marketplace insurance for 2022 and have a change in income or life, you can edit your application and they can make adjustments in the advance credit, so you don't have to pay back so much at the end of the year.
