Healthcare 1095A

Ok in 2023 I answered an ad that said get 5500.00 for bills etc. It was snoop dogs voice so I thought come to find out it wasn't him at all it was a trick to get me to respond. Anyway the signed me up for high deductible insurance that I really do not benefit at all from. Well it didn't cover anything like copays, however it could get me through the door at a CHI facility in another town 1 hr away. Anyway I went on medicaid in January 2024 and the Healthcare medica was suppose to stop but it didn't now I'm being asked to payback some of the premiums for 2024. I have a form 1095-C from medicaid how do I tell the irs this and get this 1095A removed.
