I have been paying $200 a month through my employer for health insurance, i received a 1095B,C forms but turbo tax says they are not needed, is there no tax credit for health insurance purchased through an employer?

No, there's no tax credit for this type of insurance premium payment. The only credit available is for the 1095-A premiums paid.
