You can print your Form 1040 return and add up lines 46 and 61 (if any amounts are there).
If you had to "payback" or return any money then that would be labeled as "Excess advance premium tax credit repayment. Attach Form 8962" on line 46, page 2 of your Form 1040 return.
If you were assessed any healthcare "penalty", that would be labeled as "Individual Responsibility, Healthcare" on line 61, page 2 of your Form 1040 return.
