I'm a part time student with a job but my dad pays everything, am I a qualifying dependent?

I'm 19 and took one college class in 2016, I work and made about $7,000 but don't pay any bills so my dad covered all my cost of living including school but since I'm not a full time student, can he claim me as a dependent?

He could be able to still claim you as qualifying relative if you made less than $4050 in gross income for the year.
