Hawaii State Form 2106 is not available via Turbo Tax. The deadline to file Hawaii State Tax return is 4/22/2019. I can neither e-file or mail my return. What can I do?

When I try to print return, Hawaii State Form 2106 has 'DO NOT FILE' in red letters.  What shall I do?
