Having trouble with the dependent care credit. The form on the app and online has no way to enter that both my wife and I work. Is this a glitch?

You can't fill out that section until you have entered ALL your income.  Make sure each W2 is assigned to the right spouse.  You both need to show income from W2 wages or a Net Profit on schedule C for self employment income.
