If you are referring to the Standard Deduction on a federal tax return, that is automatically entered on your return unless you have entered itemized deductions where the total of all itemized deductions are greater than the Standard Deduction for your filing status (in most cases that would be unlikely)
Standard deductions for 2023
Single - $13,850 add $1,850 if age 65 or older
Married Filing Separately - $13,850 add $1,500 if age 65 or older
Married Filing Jointly - $27,700 add $1,500 for each spouse age 65 or older
Head of Household - $20,800 add $1,850 if age 65 or older
If you are referring to the Standard Deduction for your Filing Status, TurboTax automatically will automatically calculate which would be best for you: itemizing or taking the standard deduction, as stated by @DoninGA above.
To see the standard deduction on your return, in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools from the list on the left of your screen. Then select Tools, then View Tax Summary. This will bring up a summarized list of the items that will appear on your return. Look for "Itemized/standard deduction". This is the amount that you were allowed.
See this TurboTax tips article for more information about filing for 2023 including the standard deduction amounts.
