Have filed 2016 ITR as couples. Wife's ITR was not filed. How do I file it?

Have filed 2016 ITR as couples using Turbo Tax. Hubby's ITR was filed. Wife's ITR was unfortunately not sent and filed. CRA sent notice to wife that she hasnt filed her 2016 ITR. How do wife file her 2016 ITR?
