Have deluxe...turbo tax not allowing me to choose "direct debit" to file...i.e cannot file electronically

After entering the appropriate banking information and other details in Personal Worksheets, try File > Electronic Filing > File Electronically.  The software leads the user to a series of new steps and data to enter.  It is more restrictive than earlier years for greater security.
