Have an issue getting a w2 from an employer I can’t get it downloaded to me and they’re having a problem getting it to me in the mail

If you absolutely cannot get your W-2, you can file using Form 4852. You'll need your last paystub from 2018. You won't be able to e-file your return; it must be printed, signed and mailed. See the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions on how to proceed.
