Has not requested my income amounts and is showing 0$ refund??????

TurboTax automatically calculates as you enter data. If no income has been entered, it will always display 0. 

To enter your income, follow the steps below.

1. Sign into your TurboTax account
2. Open (continue) your return in TurboTax if you don't already have it open.
3. Inside TurboTax, search for W-2 (upper- or lower case, with or without the dash) and then click the "Jump to" link in the search results. If you have other forms of income, just type in the form that you received into the search field.
4. A  W-2 screen will open. On this screen you can add, edit or delete as necessary.
