Has anyone had this problem and how to fix? I have installed TurboTax 2021 from CD, but app won't open. I then uninstalled and installed from website, but same issue.

It may be getting hung up on updating. "Waiting for Windows Installer"?? Windows 10.

If this is the case, change your display settings to 600 x 800 then reboot and finish the update. Change the display settings to what they were and you should be good to go.
