Are you using an account that was used by another family member? When you use online TurboTax, each user needs their own account and user ID. Do not use an account that has been used by someone else.
Where? As the taxpayer or spouse or as a dependent? Is any of your info in there too? Did you let them use your account or give them your log in info? Or you logged into their account? Are you using the Online version or the Desktop installed program?

Or you might want to start a new account and return.

That's one of th4 points of the responses.
IF.....if the last time you used this particular "Online" tax account...if that last time, you helped prepare someone else's tax return ,
Then their information is what remains in that "Online" tax prep software....
AND, for that tax year, if you did prepare someone else's after yours, then it is their tax forms that were saved, overwriting yours .
NEVER ever prepare and file your tax return "Online"...then use the same UserID to prepare and file someone else's.

Only the Desktop/Download software allows you to prepare multiple individual's/couple's tax returns from the same package.
