Has anyone gotten this message when filing "This submission is a duplicate of one that was already received. Please contact customer support"?

Has anyone gotten this message when filing "This submission is a duplicate of one that was already received. Please contact customer support"?

This message usually comes up when you try to file a return using a Social Security number that was already used in another return.  It could be a spouse or a dependent.

 

Please see this link for guidance to help correct the e-file error message based upon the code you received.
