Thanks! I did request a call back from a person. I was on the phone with someone for about 10 minutes until the call disconnected and I did not receive a call back.
I did discover a workaround of sorts. I was able to enter direct deposit information if I selected that I wanted to split my refund between multiple accounts. It still seems weird that I could not get a screen to enter direct deposit information for one account, but I could get a screen to enter information for two accounts.
