Has anyone else received a reject code similar to f2441-012-03 and turbo tax will not let you fix it when you sign on?

Its informing me that Line 11, Credit for chhild and dependent care expenses, is incorrect but it wont let me fix it. Is there a change that is coming that is causing this to occur?

Have you tried going to forms and then go to the form for the you need and correct it there, Could the rejection be because someone else has already claimed that child
