Has anyone else not found where to enter estimated tax payments?

The help area shows how to find it but choice they tell you to take is not listed.

To enter, edit or delete estimated taxes paid (Federal, State, Local) -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Estimates, click on the start or update button

Thanks for replying. In the meantime, I was able to find how to enter the information. Perhaps in the future there could be an easier path, like making it it's own question.
