Hard drive blew up. tried to reinstall turbo tax disk and it would not - error messages. HELP!!!!

Please contact us to speak to a customer service representative so they can provide you with a downloaded copy of your TurboTax Desktop software. Please have your product code handy for the representative so they can verify your purchase.
