Got married in December 1 2017 and filed taxes for that year together. We left each other in January 2018 with no divorce. How should I file my taxes for this year

If you are not legally divorced you would file as Married Filing Separate or Married Filing Joint.

Unless you have a qualifying child where you have paid over half of the household cost and have lived apart for the last 5 months, then you could file as Head of Household.
