If your ex-spouse was covered by a private health insurance plan through his employer, he would not have a form 1095-A. You receive form 1095-A only if you are covered by a Marketplace (Obamacare) health insurance policy and receive the advance premium credit. Form 1095-B is for information only and does not need to be entered on your tax return.
In your case, you'll just indicate in the health insurance section of TurboTax that you're covered by a health insurance plan for the whole year.
