Got an email that my AZ state tax was rejected due to AZ form 321 charitable contribution was not on the master list.

In TurboTax, you can add Form 321 in the Arizona state section. As you work through the screens, you will come upon a screen that says Other Nonrefundable Credits. Contributions to qualified charities (Form 321) will be an option on this list. (see screenshot)
