Good morning. I am wanting to know if I don't file taxes for a job I've been at for 3 months. Would i get in trouble or penalized

Yes, you could get penalties if you don't file and owe taxes.

if that is your only job and there are taxes withheld in box 2 of the W-2 you actually may have a refund coming.
