Good Morning Everyone. My question is, how come TurboTax is advertising FREE tax products but TurboTax Members pay to prepare our Taxes??

The TurboTax Free online edition is available for anyone.  The Free online edition only supports simple tax returns.  If the tax data you enter is not supported by the Free online edition then you will need to upgrade to the Deluxe online edition or higher - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions are available for use.  Every desktop edition has the same forms, schedules and worksheets.  The higher desktop editions provide more help and guidance - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

If you are eligible you can use the TurboTax Free File program that becomes available in mid-January and is free to file both a federal and state tax return - https://turbotax.intuit.com/taxfreedom/

The Free File Program edition is a full featured personal tax program and on a separate website from the TurboTax online editions.

I paid for Turbo Tax deluxe and started my Federal taxes last night.  When I logged in this morning, it said it was Free Turbo Tax.  How do I get back in in the original Deluxe turbo tax - for my state taxes?
