Good Afternoon , I purchased the software to complete my 2015 taxes but selected 2016 . What can be done, will I need to purchase the software once more?

You can either use this online refund request form, and then make a new purchase for the correct product, or you can phone TurboTax Support and ask them for a resolution.

Here's how to speak to TurboTax Support during business hours.   Use the form at the link below to be assigned a phone number or schedule a callback. The number will not display when they are closed.  This time of year they are open 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Mon-Fri.

Where the form asks you what product you are using, in the dropdown menu be sure to choose "CD/download."

In the question line just enter "problem with order" without quotes.
