Glitch on California tax return... no matter what I enter, form just resets.

Form and error message: Check This Entry Schedule CA: Part II, Line 4, Col A must equal line 1 minus line 3. (110).

This form is not final for 2019 yet because the state of California hasn't released their final version yet. You won't be able to file your state tax return until the form is final.
