NYS keeps getting rejected. We moved to SC. I've put my DL# on it, but NY says it's not correct. I've called NYS Tax office and no help.

We moved to SC last year and changed our DL to SC. My spouse stayed in NY for the year to continue working. I filed NYS with our SC DL as forms of ID. The return keeps getting rejected because spouse's (me) ID is not correct. It's been sent 3 times without success. I called NYS tax office, but was no help. I don't have another form of ID to use. I even tried submitting it checking the box saying I don't have a DL or any other form of ID.
