It depends. Was her return accepted by the IRS?
If the return was rejected you can go back in and correct her name.
If the return is accepted she should get her refund on schedule, through there may be delays.

It hasn't been rejected or approved yet. It has been accepted. I was wondering if there was something I can do to fix it before the delays.
I put her down as a dependent on my income tax.
If the return has been accepted, that means that the SSN and name have been accepted. The IRS matches the name with the information the SSA has on file. If the name on file with the Social Security Administration is her maiden name, then there are no problems.
