open turbo tax. top left of page where it has file,edit, and so on. click on the ...Online tab then on updates. prob wont solve the issue as it did not solve mine. now i have to mail my returns. good luck!

You may need to do a manual update.

Try clearing your Cache and Cookies and then try this link instructions.
