Maybe there are forms in either your Federal or state returns that are not yet finalized and available. Go through the REVIEW tab to see if there is any clue.

You can look up forms availability using the tool below. Run it on both your Federal and state returns.

You will see 2 columns of dates. One for print availability, and one for e-file availability.
