Getting an error during Smart Check to update the software or click a box to let the IRS calculate an underpayment penalty. My software is up to date. How do I fix this?

TurboTax already calculated an underpayment penalty of $25 even though I'm due a refund.

Delete form 2210 for the underpayment penalty. For instructions to do so, please click here. Please let us know if you continue to experience the same issue after deleting the form.

That didn't work, unfortunately. I did call in to Support and they told me that this form will not be updated and available (Form 2210) until 2/17/2022 and that I should be able to delete the form if appropriate after that update; that the inability to delete the form is a failsafe in case the IRS changes something in the finalizing of the form. I'll check back in a week and see if this works. Hopefully this helps someone else.
