Getting a callback from a live expert

I'm having trouble with something in TurboTax, and I requested a live expert callback about the topic. However, every time the expert calls me, the call goes straight to my voicemail. The phone doesn't ring at all. 

I can tell the experts who have called are confused as well - based on the voicemails they've left. I've turned off all of my call screening settings on my phone to see if that would help, but the next expert who called went straight to voicemail as well.

I'm on a Pixel 6a, if that is helpful at all. Does anyone have any workarounds that could help?
