FSA amounts are not entered anywhere in your tax return (contributions or distributions), except as entered from a W-2 form.
FSA contributions are taken out pre-tax from
your salary and are not deductible again. There is no transfer of this
information into your tax return. Any notation such as in box 14 or box
12 of your W-2 is just informational.

To clarify - what about reimbursements for medical expenses from an FSA - does the reimbursement reduce the amount of medical expenses you can claim as an itemized deduction? Turbotax asks about HSA reimbursements and reduces the medical expenses claimed by those but not FSA so I'm confused!
If you pay for a qualified expense with your FSA, you can not deduct that same expense on your tax return.
The same is true for "reimbursements". In either case, you would be double-dipping.
