The desktop version is working but the online version is not yet ready.
It would be nice to know when Intuit will fix their products' integration.
@bjdarch05 This is an issue that has now been fixed. Please try again to import your data from ItsDeductible. If you continue to have issues, please reply to this thread so we can further assist you.

Sorry, but the error persists. I am using TT from a Win10 PC laptop with the Premier edition. The version of ItsDeductible resides on the Intuit server. Hope that gives enough information to deal with the issue further.
The blank box, that you are receiving, may be due to some adjustments that need to be done on your PC. Please see this TurboTax FAQ, for steps to fix this, Troubleshoot blank screens, missing buttons, or missing images
